Can you really have too much of a really good thing?
Short answer: absolutely
Although cinnamon has major health benefits it is good to have it in small quantities.
Cinnamon is full helpful agents. It’s got antioxidants which help to protect your body against free radicals.
It has properties that are anti-inflammatory , antibacterial, and can even help regulate menstrual cycles.
This common spice also has compounds can actually lessen the risk of certain neurological conditions such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s.
But wait there’s more…It can even be added to your suntan lotion to help keep away those pesky mosquitoes.
It’s quite the spice to keep on hand!
However, too much of the most common type of common Cassis, can also be detrimental.
Too high of levels can actually lead to certain cancers and take that blood sugar level too low causing hypoglycemia.
So while small amounts of cinnamon is packed with benefits,….I’d definitely stick to small doses and steer clear from overindulging or taking The Cinnamon Challenge.
